And The Winner Is.....

2015 Black Dog Ride - BMW Bike Raffle for Lifeline Australia

This year's prize was the all new 2015 BMW R 1200 GS motorcycle, pictured, valued at $28,850.

Thanks to the enthusiastic motorcycling community who really got behind this worthy raffle, all 2,000 tickets were sold, with proceeds going to support Lifeline's online Crisis Support Chat service.

The raffle was drawn at Lifeline Canberra on 14th August 2015 at 10am. And the winner is....


Richard Peck is from Victoria. Richard only bought one raffle ticket and is just about to get off his P's, so he was looking at buying a new bike! He was absolutely speechless and shocked.

Black Dog Ride has been proud to partner with BMW in support of our mission to raise awareness of depression and suicide prevention. Proceeds from the Black Dog Ride - BMW Bike Raffle benefit Lifeline Australia, helping to extend their online Crisis Support Chat service.

In 2013 and 2014, Black Dog Ride's fundraising efforts helped to double Lifeline's Online Crisis Support Chat Service service hours, supporting an additional 2,000 people in crisis every month!
